Steps in buying The Senco City Land:

ii) Select your plots for the layout
iii) Negotiate for price and payment terms
iv) Sign sales & Purchase agreement
v) Make payment in accordance with the signed agreement
vi) Get your land documents from Senco in accordance with the signed agreement
vii) Transfer the ownership of the land into your name at Lands Commission, Cape Coast after you complete payment
